Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms of Service

EVENTGO-Live LLC ("EVENTGO-Live", "we" or "us") provides certain services (described below) on or through our website, www.eventgo-live.com. By using our Service—whether via a personal computer, mobile phone, or any internet-enabled device (each a "Device")—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EVENTGO-LIVE LLC and supersede all prior agreements. Additional policies, guidelines, or rules applicable to specific features are incorporated by reference.

BY USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE OR COMPLETING ANY REGISTRATION OR PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

Overview

The EVENTGO-LIVE LLC App allows users to:

Create and send invitations for free or paid events
Receive and respond to invitations
Search and discover events
Access QR-based tickets
Transfer money peer-to-peer
Maintain a transaction history

Any features added after the "Last Updated" date automatically become part of the Service.

Eligibility

Use of the Service is void where prohibited by law. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old to register and at least 18 years old to use paid or financial features.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is governed by the EVENTGO-LIVE LLC Privacy and Data Use Policy, available on our website and within our mobile applications.

Registration

Registration may be required to access certain features, including sending invitations, managing accounts, uploading content, and accessing transaction information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

Mobile Application

The Service may be accessed through the EVENTGO-LIVE LLC mobile application. Periodic updates may be required to continue using the Service.

Apple & Android Devices

These Terms are between you and EVENTGO-LIVE LLC only. Apple and Android are not responsible for the Service, maintenance, or support.

License to Use the Service

EVENTGO-LIVE LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Content Restrictions

All content provided through the Service is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Materials

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant EVENTGO-LIVE LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including posting unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or malicious content, or interfering with other users or system operations.
